Dear Customer,
I am writing to you today to provide information regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak and what we at Emterra Group are doing in response.
From the onset of COVID-19, Emterra has been taking precautionary steps in response to the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and other relevant federal, provincial, state and local agencies and experts to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The health and safety of our employees is a priority for us. We value safety and work hard every day to ensure safety for ourselves, each other, our customers and for members of our communities. We have created a multifunctional Pandemic Preparedness Team and they are in constant communication with our employees to share the course of action that will best protect each other and our customers. We have also developed and are deploying contingency plans at the site level in conjunction with our Risk Management and Human Resource Teams.
Meeting the service requirements of you, our valued customer is important to us. We are not, at this time, experiencing delays in delivering our service due to this pandemic. However, service levels may change and change quickly as the situation evolves. We anticipate that in the coming weeks as more individuals become affected by this pandemic that service levels may be impacted. We will communicate with you if this is expected to happen. We hope you will be understanding and work with us to ensure the health and safety of all.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. We remain committed to providing the highest level of service that we can – while maintaining the health and safety of all.
Emmie Leung,
Founder and CEO
